ABOUT THIS COURSE

Infant Feeding and Mental Health [Live Workshop]

Learn how to:

One of the first major pressures we feel as moms is how to navigate feeding. We’re bombarded with messaging about “breast is best” and the benefits of breastfeeding. But for many moms, the reality is very different. Breastfeeding can be difficult to learn—both for you and baby. And many moms can’t breastfeed, leaving them wondering if they are doing something wrong.

What happens when breastfeeding isn’t possible? Or when it starts to impact our mental health? Or when you simply choose not to for any other valid reason? How do we navigate the grief, guilt, and unwanted comments and questions from others?

We’ve created the workshop Infant Feeding and Mental Health, hosted by Momwell therapist Johanna Phillips to unpack these beliefs and expectations, so we can challenge them and separate them from facts.

What You’ll Learn:

  • The myths and facts about breastfeeding
  • How to overcome guilt and shame around feeding
  • How to make choices that protect your mental health
  • How to evaluate what is best for your baby and your family

Plus, Johanna will hold a Q&A to answer your questions!

Join us Thursday, November 30th at 7 pm ET/4 pm PT. (Can’t make it live? You’ll also get access to the recording!)
