How do I schedule a therapy appointment with my therapist?
Login to your Healthie Portal to book an appointment. If you are new to Momwell and have not yet been assigned to a therapist complete our onboarding form by visiting our "Get Started" page to get started into care.
How do I cancel/reschedule an appointment?
To make any changes to a booked appointment, please login to your Momwell Healthie Portal and click the pencil icon beside the appointment you wish to cancel. Confirm the cancelation and then book a new appointment at a new time.
Just a reminder that if you need to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours before their session time you will need to contact your therapist directly and you may be charged a cancellation fee per our cancelation policy.
