Brooke Baker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of experience in the field. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and completed her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Her career has been rooted in supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as working with youth and teens facing mental health challenges and crises. Additionally, she has extensive experience in school social work, spanning a decade in roles that involve working closely with children, teens, and families.
A significant turning point in her life occurred seven years ago when she became a mom. This transformative experience reshaped her perspective on mental health and deepened her passion for supporting other moms. Now a mother of 3, Brooke has come to understand how motherhood can profoundly alter our sense of self and the expectations we hold.
Brooke now dedicates her practice to walking alongside moms through every stage of their journey offering empathetic support and practical strategies to help navigate the complexities of motherhood through therapy.
