Holding a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and extensive training in evidence-based therapies, she has dedicated her career to helping clients address mental health concerns, heal from trauma, and navigate the complexities of identity, parenting, and relationships.
As both a psychologist and a mother, Dr. Jackson deeply understands the emotional terrain of motherhood. Her personal journey into parenthood inspired her to focus her work on maternal mental health and parenting, affirming that no one should have to face this season of life without support.
