About Dr. Corrie Jackson

Dr. Corrie Jackson is a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience guiding individuals and families through life’s most challenging transitions. Holding a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and extensive training in evidence-based therapies, she has dedicated her career to helping clients address mental health concerns, heal from trauma, and navigate the complexities of identity, parenting, and relationships.

As both a psychologist and a mother, Dr. Jackson deeply understands the emotional terrain of motherhood. Her personal journey into parenthood inspired her to focus her work on maternal mental health and parenting, affirming that no one should have to face this season of life without support.

Dr. Jackson’s approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), systemic, and trauma-focused modalities to help clients build resilience, reconnect with themselves, and create space for healing and growth.

In addition to her work with mothers, Dr. Jackson has extensive expertise in child psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and supporting neurodivergent individuals and families. She has also served as a college professor and supervised future psychologists in training. These experiences have deepened her belief that when people feel safe, respected, and truly understood, meaningful and lasting change can happen. Her background allows her to bring a nuanced, whole-family perspective to her practice, honoring the diverse experiences and strengths that shape each client’s story.

Clients often describe Dr. Jackson as genuine, compassionate, and down-to-earth. She is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive space where each person can feel seen, valued, and empowered.

The Personal

What’s your favorite way to unwind after a long day? My favorite way to unwind after a long day is spending time with my loved ones and then heading into the pottery studio to work with clay. It’s a good balance of connection and quiet focus

What’s a small joy that never fails to make you smile? The earthy, comforting smell when rain first hits the ground is a little joy that never gets old.

What’s a parenting mantra or quote you love? Feelings are valid; it’s what we do with them that matters

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you? One thing people might not know about me is that I’m an avid video gamer. I love playing with my family—it’s one of our favorite ways to relax and have fun together

Coffee order, tea ritual, or favorite snack? Chai latte with almond milk

If you had a whole afternoon to yourself, how would you spend it? If I had a whole afternoon to myself, I’d start with a group fitness class, spend some time relaxing by the pool or at the beach, and end the day in the pottery studio and listening to an audiobook or podcast.
